1. Definitions

1.2. Any word not written in bold has a general purpose meaning and should not be misunderstand with a word written in bold, no matter if the word is the same as another written in bold
1.3. NoLimitTeam are the persons responsible of the existence of NoLimitDirectory and NoLimitBot
1.4. NoLimitDirecotry or The Site is meant as the site nolimitdir.com, or any page contained within the domain or sub domain at nolimitdir.com
1.5. NoLimitBot or Crawler is a computer program specially created to follow web pages and links on those pages and to collect information about those web pages
1.6. Web page is any web site located in the internet, excluding the site of NoLimitDirectory
1.7. Link is any link pointing to any Web page located in the NoLimitDirectory
1.8. Webmaster includes any person or a group of persons responsible for the content of given Web page
1.9. User includes any person, that uses, views or downloads anything within the NoLimitDirectory for whatever purpose, reason or objective, whether online or offline

2. Accepting the terms and conditions

2.1. By visiting NoLimitDirecotry the User acknowledge that he/she understands and agrees to this terms and conditions, and is responsible for his/her actions within NoLimitDirectory according to this terms and conditions
2.2. If any User for whatever reason does not agree to this terms and conditions, or any part of it, then he/she must close NoLimitDirectory and remove any information retrieved from The Site

3. Services

3.1. NoLimitTeam is running two services:: 3.1.1. NoLimitDirectory
3.1.2. NoLimitBot

3.2. Any service other than those described in Paragraph 3.1. have nothing in common with NoLimitTeam, and NoLimitTeam is not liable for anything else

4. Content in NoLimitDirecotry

4.1. As a result of automatically collected and arranged information the User, acknowledges that he/she understands that some of the information in NoLimitDirectory may exist at inappropriate position(see Paragraph 4.2.) and that the User should not hold NoLimitTeam liable for such a situation
4.2. Inappropriate position of the information in NoLimitDirectory means any disorder of the information, which may hurt someone’s feelings. This includes, but is not limited to, content, whose position creates offending associations based on color, race, religion, ethnic origin, national origin, language, sex, age, mental or physical disability, sexual. orientation or any other similar factor
4.3. NoLimitTeam is nether responsible for the description, title or categories of a Link, nor is in conjunction with authors of the Web page, so is not liable for it’s content
4.4. In case of an abuse of the NoLimitDirectory index, the User who saw the abuse is responsible for informing NoLimitTeam about the abuse content
4.5. NoLimitTeam, either informed or not, is not liable for any sort of abuse content
4.6. Abuse content is any Link description, title or category or Web page pointed by a link from NoLimitDirectory, which contain illegal or immoral information. This includes, but is not limited to, pedophilia, pornography, violence and other similar content

5. Future revision of this terms and conditions

5.1. NoLimitTeam may publish new, revised versions of this terms and conditions at any time
5.2. Any new terms and conditions will be similar in spirit to the presented version, but may differ in details to address new problems or concerns
